Movement form is paramount at Running Iron Performance.
Your training program begins with a thorough movement assessment. Our trainers have a unique way of assessing movement that will identify any movement faults that will limit your workout and predispose you to injury.
Training sessions start with exercises to correct your most significant movement dysfunction, whether it is abnormal breathing, weak core activation, lack of flexibility or poor joint stabilization. The workout that follows will be tailored to meet your specific goals.
OUR GOAL is to help you build a solid foundation for proper movement form first, then build strength, speed and endurance on a better movement platform.
